Where is RK located? Do you service my area?
Rose Kitchens is located in Rocester, Staffordshire. We focus on providing premium kitchen renovations to the Staffordshire and Derbyshire areas, but also delight in helping homeowners throughout greater London and the rest of the UK.
Do you have any design restrictions?
With RK, your imagination can run free. There are no restrictions on shapes, styles, colours, sizes, features, or any other aspects of your professional kitchen redesign. How long do your kitchen re-designs usually take?
Our process is light and easy, allowing you to get back to your normal life as soon as possible. The initial consultation in your home lasts about 30-45 minutes.
Within 3-4 days of your consultation, we e-mail you a full HD model of your design. At this point, you approve the design or we revise until it’s perfect. Once building begins, the average Rose Kitchen takes about 7 days to build and finish from floor to ceiling. You can learn more about our process here.
Do you only provide the designs, or do you help build kitchens too?
We take all the weight off your shoulders by handling the entire process - from design to construction. There’s no need for you to hunt down separate contractors. We manage every step of your kitchen remodelling project, right down to hammering the last nails and sweeping away the dust. Our job isn’t done until your kitchen is perfect and ready to use.
What if I'm still not sure about redesigning my kitchen?

Do you offer deposit protection?
Yes! At the time you place your order, you’re backed by the Independent Warranty Association (IWA) Deposit Protection Certificate we provide you. This certificate protects your deposit for up to 25% of your contract’s value, prior to the start of work.
We are an IWA approved supplier, which means we’re verified as a trustworthy contractor by one of the UK’s leading consumer-protection agencies in the home improvement sector. (Read more)
How does your guarantee insurance work?
Once your contract has been fulfilled and paid in full, your guarantee insurance is processed through the IWA. This insurance is valid for a period of up to 10 years, and is backed by FSA authorised insurers. (Read more)
Are you independently accredited?
Yes. Rose Kitchens is independently accredited by the BiKBBI, a government-sanctioned institute dedicated to the installation of kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We work in compliance with the BiKBBI’s guidelines to ensure that all of our kitchen redesigns abide by industry standards. This means that you can rest assured your new kitchen is fully built to code.
